Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your LuxyRide account at any time using either of the methods below. Once your request is confirmed, your account will be scheduled for removal within 30 days.

Option A — In the app

1. Open the LuxyRide app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion. Your account will be scheduled for removal within 30 days.

Option B — Email request

Email support@myluxyride.com from the email address associated with your LuxyRide account. Include the phone number registered with the account.

We will respond within 14 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirmation.

Data that will be deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
• Saved addresses and payment method tokens
• App preferences and notification settings

Data that will be retained

• Ride records and transaction history — retained for 7 years for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by Nigerian financial regulations.
• Anonymised analytics data with no personal identifiers.
